Umm, this isn't a full on critique, but I have a couple of points to make.
First, I like the colour scheme, and the fact you've left his cloak white. It gives the background depth I think, while making him fit with the scene. Also I like that his hair is the only yellow, because it focuses attention on him.
As for the things that seem off, I think his left arm looks a little strange (elbow too far down maybe?), and the conifer in the foreground is both a bit over-blurred, and I can't work out where its roots are meant to be.
Over all though, it's fantastic, with lots to look at but no clutter. The snow is done better than most, and the wind is conveyed nicely. Good job!
dA doesn't allow making prints out of fanart... That's why you're not asked if you want to make print available when you submit the artwork to Fanart Gallery... I may be wrong but it makes sense for me - all the characters are copyrighted after all.
Lol, I'm happy that Ontario wasnt the only one to get snow a few weeks ago. There was barely any so it didnt stick. Only for two days there was frost, too. The day before halloween was freezing cold and halloween was actually nice. It's weird.
This proves that Canadian's don't live in igloos! Only the weird Inuits do, lol jk.
